1. What is the delivery time of my order?
We do our utmost to process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. You'll always receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your package is on its way.
2. How do returns or exchanges work?
Want to return an item from your order? Send us an email at info@labelnovie.nl. You'll only pay the return shipping costs. Would you prefer a different size? We'll send it to you free of charge. You can read exactly how it works under the "Returns/Exchanges" section!
3. What are the shipping costs?
Orders of €75 or more receive free shipping. Below that amount, we charge €4.95 for shipping.
4. How do I know if an item fits?
We indicate for each product whether it fits true to size, small, or large. You'll also find a handy size chart and/or fitting advice with each item. Not sure? Feel free to send us a message!
5. Are all products unique?
We design as many collections as possible ourselves, supplemented with carefully selected purchased items. Each item is chosen with an eye for detail, style, and quality.
6. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code so you can track your package.
